Since joining Advantage in 2012, Vincent van der Heijden has been supporting retailers and suppliers in developing rewarding business relationships through the benchmarking services provided by Advantage. In his role as Senior Director Client Service, Country Manager within the Canadian Client Service team, Vincent is primarily focused on collaborating with major retailers and multinational suppliers in the CPG and retail pharmacy industries as they seek to turn the insights garnered from the Advantage Report in to action.
Prior to joining Advantage, Vincent held a number of client facing roles, primarily in the CPG and pharmacy industries, most recently at GS1 Canada in which he supported retailers and suppliers on enhancing their trade relationships by supporting the implementation of a variety of GS1 standardized practices and processes as they relate to supply chain data integrity, planogram imaging and product recall.
Dan joined Advantage in 2019. He is a highly personable and well recognized professional within the Grocery/Retail industry who thrives on relationship building and management of people, products and services. Dan brings 8 years of Retail Grocery experience from GS1 Canada. Dan was responsible for all GS1 Grocery Board Retailers, Manufacturers, Brokers, Distributors. Dan is a subject matter expert who worked with industry to develop best practice for New Item Listings, Supply Chain, Imaging and Digital eCommerce standards. Prior to GS1 Canada, spent 7 years within the Pharmaceutical industry developing KPI Dashboards, Sales Force Effectiveness and BI tools for Pharma companies in the USA and Canada.
Jamie has been with Advantage since 2016 as a Canadian Client Service Manager. With over 7 years of CPG experience Jamie continues to seek increased engagement with Canadian Retailers and Suppliers alike. Jamie has helped over 25 suppliers improve their relationships through Advantage Workshops and Insights presentations.
Jamie’s favourite part of working with Advantage is discovering her client’s full potential and watching them shift their perception. Prior to Advantage, Jamie worked as a Marketing and Sales representative for a large multi-national CPG supplier, as well as an Experiential Marketing Coordinator.
