Thierry possesses over 20 years of experience in FMCG. With a Master Degree in Marketing from Dauphine University Paris, Thierry brings with him 15 years of experience in both manufacturing and retail (working with Pernod-Ricard, Savencia, Auchan Group, Kingfisher). In 2005, Thierry introduced Advantage programs in France and in 2017, became the European Global Retail Director.

With over 20 years of management experience and over 10 years of market research experience, Maria E. has worked with leading international Fortune 100 companies such as Alias Inc., Alias/ Wavefront & Autodesk. Throughout her career, Maria has a demonstrated history of success as an authentic relationship builder. She has led transnational operation teams, managing client services relations, data analysis, data reporting, quality assurance, process improvement, planning and forecasting.  Since 2012, Maria has been managing the day-to-day relationship with Walmart International and has delivered successful Advantage REACH programs in India, Lebanon, Egypt and Israel, promoting our brand and gaining Advantage exposure in these new markets.
