Annaliese Jagusch

Senior Vice President, Global Client Development

Annaliese is a champion for our Global Sponsors, she brings an energy and passion for understanding our client’s needs at a global level and manages a highly capable team in support of this pursuit.  Having also served in various local roles within Advantage, Annaliese also fosters a holistic global/local approach to client development and service.  Prior to Advantage, Annaliese worked across both Australia and New Zealand for a DIY market leading brand across marketing, sales, new product development and category management roles before taking the leap in to the service industry, as a consultant with Real World Marketing, where she helped CPG Suppliers assess their internal practices against Best in Class Standards.

Dwight Konings

Vice President, Global Client Development, North America

Dwight has over 25 years of FMCG commercial and management experience. At Advantage, Dwight has led Commercial and Market Development and currently Global Client Services for clients based out of North America. Prior to joining Advantage, Dwight developed in the research industry across many roles at Nielsen and in client management at Colgate Palmolive

Leandro Zalc Bonder

Vice President, Global Client Development, Europe

Leandro has over 16 years experience in Retail, in Purchasing and Global Management positions, fostering the international collaboration, projects and initiatives with the major FMCG companies. Joining Advantage on June 2017, has the responsibility to develop global business with the Europe based clients.

Nestor Sanajko

Director, Global Client Business Development

Tasked with developing new partnerships with multinationals; Nestor has managed the travel retail programme, and global clientele, since joining the global client service team in 2012. A natural networker, and connector, he has helped launch new markets, and new categories in various countries. Building his experience in CPG, sales, and marketing, Nestor held positions with Kraft Foods, along with various marketing firms. An active board member with non-profit organizations, Nestor holds an MBA from Queen’s University.

Ali Benz

Leader of Customer Insights and Analytics

Joining Advantage in 2009, Ali gained his experience with the Advantage Report as a Senior Manager in Operations. Transitioning to the Global Client Development team in 2014, Ali now leads the Global Analytics team to whom he offers strategic and operational support, as well as taking the lead on some key strategic accounts. Ali offers a unique blend of operational and client service orientation, always fascinated by industry developments and challenging Advantage to continually evolve.
