Zuzana Rydziová has been responsible at Advantage for the Czech and Slovak markets as Program Director since 2012. Her professional career started at Heineken, where she was working for 6 years in different managerial positions. She continued her career in other multinational companies and earned her valuable commercial experience in the FMCG industry. She has completed her university degree at VŠEMVS in Bratislava.
Pavel Pichler has been serving as the Director for South Central Europe at the Advantage Group since 2012. Previously he has worked in various senior managerial roles in the FMCG industry, such as General Manager of Poděbradka, a.s. for Czech, Slovakia and Ukraine, General Manager of Podravka-Lagris, a.s. and previously at Mars, Pernod Ricard and Seagram. Since 2014, Pavel has been a member of the Board of Directors at the University of Economics in Prague. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague in 1992, and earned his Ph.D. there in 2009.
