Imrich joined Advantage in 2019 and has over 20 years of experience within the international FMCG sector, working in various Senior Management roles in companies including as Coca Cola Amatil, SABMiller, Carlsberg, Fritz Egger & Radlberger Getränke. Imrich possesses extensive capabilities in the areas of general management, sales, channel, trade marketing, brand portfolio and Route to Market management.
Pavel Pichler has been serving as the Director for South Central Europe at the Advantage Group since 2012. Previously he has worked in various senior managerial roles in the FMCG industry, such as General Manager of Poděbradka, a.s. for Czech, Slovakia and Ukraine, General Manager of Podravka-Lagris, a.s. and previously at Mars, Pernod Ricard and Seagram. Since 2014, Pavel has been a member of the Board of Directors at the University of Economics in Prague. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague in 1992, and earned his Ph.D. there in 2009.
