Advantage Report has helped companies around the world improve their listening (and ultimately decision-making) through the collection of robust and constructive business partner feedback. The innovation coming to the Advantage Report experience in 2022 will provide users with greater utility and actionability of their feedback.
Developed from analyzing over 30 years of our engagement data, the new report will bring to life deeper and richer learnings on the total business relationship for both suppliers and retailers. This innovation extends beyond our reporting to include an improved respondent experience through our annual Advantage Report Survey.
We are excited to debut what the 2022 Advantage Report Survey experience will look like for respondents this year.
What’s New?
This year’s Advantage Report Survey will include a series of new features, designed to provide a faster and easier experience for survey respondents. These new features include:
- A dynamic survey environment that is compatible with both desktop and mobile devices,
- A 5-star rating system that explicitly conveys how to rate subject companies, and
- Tailored questions that are relevant to the respondent, based on their product focus, role, and seniority.
Most notably, participants in the Advantage Report Survey will answer questions about their business partners’ performance using a new lens: the Advantage Engagement Framework, also new in 2022. The Advantage Engagement Framework sees partners rate each other according to four universal drivers of business-to-business engagement: Partnership, Execution, Reputation and Vision.
How it Works:
After respondents click on their unique survey link bringing them to the survey Welcome screen, a brand-new navigation pane will now display all survey components at-a-glance.
Information collected, including contact and company details, as well as a respondent’s role and their level of responsibility, will help in tailoring their survey experience for a smooth and efficient process.
This year’s survey features the new ability to toggle between survey questions within each section. Where applicable, company divisions will roll up into parent companies and be disguised within the survey with the option for respondents to adjust ratings individually. Providing specific business partners with additional qualitative feedback is now made possible using the designated comment boxes throughout the survey.
