&lt;p&gt;Del diálogo entre líderes surgieron cuatro ideas clave, cada una señalando cómo las empresas deben evolucionar para mantenerse competitivas:&lt;/p&gt;

Navegar la incertidumbre con el concepto VUCA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Peter Harris, CEO de Advantage Group International, presentó el marco VUCA – un entorno caracterizado por la volatilidad, la incertidumbre, la complejidad y la ambigüedad – y su relevancia en el mercado actual. Su mensaje fue claro: las empresas que prosperan son aquellas que planifican con agilidad, ejecutan con rapidez y anticipan los cambios en el comportamiento del consumidor antes de que ocurran.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Salud y bienestar impulsando la demanda del consumidor&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;La preferencia creciente por estilos de vida más saludables está transformando categorías completas. Los líderes coincidieron en que la innovación debe alinearse con las tendencias de salud y bienestar para mantenerse relevante y satisfacer las expectativas de los consumidores cada vez más conscientes de su bienestar.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. La IA como facilitadora de la experiencia del consumidor&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;La digitalización y la inteligencia artificial dejaron de ser opcionales. Los panelistas señalaron que estas herramientas son indispensables para resolver desafíos complejos y, lo más importante, para ofrecer beneficios tangibles que mejoren la experiencia del consumidor.&lt;/p&gt;
