DGB has secured the top spot among liquor suppliers in South Africa, according to the 2022 Advantage Report Voice of the Customer Program.
DGB, one of South Africa’s largest independent wine and spirit producers and distributors, earned the highest scores in the competencies ‘Builds trust’, ‘People are capable and experienced’, ‘Effective communication’ and ‘Demonstrates cross-functional alignment across their business’.
Respondents for the 2022 Advantage Voice of the Customer Program included national wholesale, retail and distributor groups. According to their ratings, DGB demonstrated impressive market leadership amongst a highly competitive group of 21 leading suppliers.
