Based in Toronto, Adam brings over 15 years of experience leading product innovation across technology and data-driven organizations. Before joining Advantage, he served as Head of Product at Condo Control, delivering an AI-enabled platform that modernized property-management experiences. He previously led product portfolios at Q4, launching and scaling a virtual-events platform for capital markets as well as enterprise data and platform capabilities, and held leadership roles at Pearson and BiblioCommons, advancing adaptive-learning and data-insight technologies in the EdTech and public library sectors, respectively.
