Advantage Group International is investing in the team dedicated to customized engagement solutions with two new additions dedicated to market research. After delivering high-quality custom research products for clients such as Carrefour, Coca-Cola, Monster Energy, Marks & Spencer, Goodyear, L’Oréal and Diageo last year, the new team members will strengthen the momentum of Advantage Custom Solutions as they continue expansion in 2023.

Matt Incles joins Advantage as Research Director for Advantage Custom Solutions. Matt has accumulated over 15 years of experience in consumer and business-to-business (B2B) research and consultancy, with the majority being in the FMCG industry. His last role was heavily focused on the delivery of customized consumer research solutions at InSites Consulting. Matt’s impressive portfolio will be integral to the leadership of Custom Solutions globally. His addition specifically supports the UK, a market with high demand, and rounds out senior research coverage across every region of the business.

In his role as Market Insights Specialist, Nick Thompson will work closely with the team to support B2B research initiatives, ensuring they are conducted in a thoughtful and comprehensive manner to meet client objectives. Nick brings with him five years of experience as a research consultant working with major private, public, and nonprofit companies both in North America and internationally. In addition, Nick is a professionally trained moderator, Certified Analytics and Insights Professional, and holds a Master of Business Administration.
